Is there a point at which you change this to: Win again, you wondrous bunch of winners :?: Nope. They're 11-2 when I've posted this, so I'm not going to change a thing. And ofcourse you now ruined it by just explaining it. Why do you think I never explained why I kept posting about Griffey? . . . . OOPS.
Hey we all agree Arod would be amazing. But honestly I would be amazed if the Yankee's (with their money) would be TRUE sellers (IE selling the BEST of their high priced guys for really great young guys). They might try to shed off some of their overpaid guys who are having good but not stellar years. In other words, I just don't see someone like an Arod going unless he SPECIFICALLY comes out int he media in the next few weeks and says he's tired of playing for the yankees. .
What song is that? I'm thinkin more. . Dunn-Dunn-Dunn, Dunn. . . Dunn-Dunn-Dunn, Dunn. . . . . . DUNNNNNNNN! Where do you suggest playing him? I don't want him. I was just making an actual tune with his name.
I think if Kerry can come back, then you have to just get the hell rid of Eyre. You do not send good guys like Marmol, Weurtz, Petrick down for Wood. If they really want to win it all they need to get rid of the trash.
I've got a baaaa-a-a-a-a-ad feeling about this. I don't know, I just remember any time anyone has posted "don't look now", in the past years. Good things did not follow.
Talkin bout ex-cubs. Get Lee smith. man that guy is HI-larious. He's no good as CC mind you. But he'd keep telling stories about where he slept in each ballpark.
Sold. And where would Dunn play? Please don't say RF. And please don't say move Soriano to RF for Dunn in LF. So basically don't say anything. kthxbye. yeah, we wouldn't want to do anything to disturb this tremendously productive outfield situation we've got set up. Nice sarcasm there. Soriano and Floyd are putting up the #'s. At MOST, you're going to get someone to platoon with Floyd. Pie needs to be playing most of the time and adding another OF means he's likely demoted. And I don't want to see that. Catcher or SS is a much better position to focus on.
I'll post this from the discussions forum. . Against right-handers-.276/.337/.419 Against left-handers-.247/.303/.411 We are not THAT BAD aginst lefties.
I know that's his "thing". I'll admit I never followed the Cubs as much as I do now. So I can only remember back so far. . 03 - Aram? 04 - ?? 05 - Garciaparra The trib being sold is going to take away some of that possibility. But will JH try to do what he usually does at the trade deadline?

Until he gets back into it!!?!? Are you kidding? He's not hitting homers, probably his wrist is to blame for the power decrease. But that's the only thing he's missing though. .410 OBP is exactly what you want in front of Aram and Floyd. Dlee is fine in the 3 hole. .
