    No home runs for Lee in a month. Aramis has hit horribly for over a month. Fukudome is an offensive black hole. The bench is very weak outside of some "sneaky power" here and there. This team definitely needs a boost in the bats department on top of Soriano coming back.

    Why tolerate this sudden influx of Cardinals and Brewers fans? It's one thing if obvious fans of other teams show up and want to discuss topics, but pretty much all of these recent ones are here to talk up why their teams are better or post obvious things like when their teams win. Just ban them.

    I'd say Dempster. I'm guessing fans of other teams are pretty miffed at the fact that Demp has been pitching so well. Theriot is right up there though. It's like we have a better version of David Eckstein all the sudden. Who would have expected Theriot to be doing this well? I know I didn't. I forgot to include Edmonds, too. DAMN THE CARDINALS, WHAT WITH THEM BEING THE ONLY TEAM WITH MAGICAL PLAYERS AND ALL AND SO FORTH.

    I'd love for the Cubs to try and get Bradley, but the Rangers might not be sellers...they're 6.5 out of the WC. Ugly, but not hopeless. I'm hoping they start losing a bunch of games quick.

    He doesn't do his job and he has no business up there in the booth. If he was paired with less of a pro than Hughes, sure, but with Pat there you're not missing anything. Ron is a mess, but he's a fun mess since you have Hughes as such a sturdy anchor.
