  1. It was sarcasm by SSR
  2. Really want Clemson to win. For ND's sake they need to either lose 0 times or 2, and they're not going to lose 2.
  3. McFadden
  4. Yet another jersey patch. Could do without it.
  5. I'm considering it stuff I remember, which is why there isn't more MJ on my list - I was 11 when he last played for the Bulls.
  6. For the Cubs, got to be the Sammy HR in game 1 of the NLCS. Schwarber's massive dongs from this year get on the list too. Soriano had a walk-off slam in 2009 against Houston that I saw in person, so I have to nod to that as well. Other sports: MJ's last sequence in the '98 Finals and GW shot in Game 1 of '97 Finals Everett Golson's 3 straight improv plays to tie game against Pitt in '12 with 2 minutes left to preserve unbeaten regular season ('I was there' bias) Tom Zbikowski punt return for TD to give ND lead in Bush Push game ('I was there' bias) Jerian Grant's 12 points in 28 seconds to tie game vs Louisville in '13 Everything in the ND/Kentucky Elite 8 game in March up to the last couple of minutes. I'm still not over that one. Might never be. Steve Smith 2OT winning TD in '03 divisional playoff game at St. Louis Steve Smith 2 long-bomb TDs in '05 divisional playoff at Chicago (sorry)
  7. Alabama is evidently getting credit for 3 "quality wins" over A&M, Wisconsin and Tennessee, who have combined to beat....? (notices ND is way higher than I thought and probably than they ought to be) These guys are geniuses!
  8. The Browns and Broncos apparently tried to beat the deadline with a Joe Thomas + 4th rounder for a 1st + 2nd (I think, might have been 1st or 2nd) rounder, but were unable to.
  9. The Nationals deserve every bit of bad fortune they get. Holy [expletive] lol
  10. I'm going to be far and away the highest scoring team in my 14 team league this year through 8 weeks (despite losing Charles and having to grab bag for running backs every week since), and I'm going to be 4-4. This is because I'm going to have faced nearly 1,000 points scored against me (standard scoring) at the end of the week.
  11. I really hope we are here soon.
  12. Really wish Green Bay would've picked a week other than right before they face Carolina to struggle. Next week's matchup will be very interesting.

  14. What a wild day. It's always the weeks that don't look like much
  15. ESPN should have just dumped Grantland when they fired Simmons. Their half-ass attempt to keep it going as a small eff-you to him just makes them look even dumber.
  16. @UniWatch on Twitter referenced a May leak. Those things are so cool I sort of can't believe adidas made them.
  17. For now it is. Might as well keep his minutes low given his leg/foot issues
  18. Watching Jimmy Buckets should be fun. And hopefully we'll see a good deal of McDermott and Portis.
  19. Someone was SUPER impressed by the Tide's 0 wins over currently-ranked opponents.

  21. I actually don't think Clemson is that good (they beat ND in large part because the Irish handled monsoon conditions far worse than Clemson, which isn't replicable), but they've given me no choice but to accept they're going to be in the race
  22. MSU shouldn't be anywhere near the playoff. Clemson instead of them.
  23. Never thought I'd see a division worse than the 2014 NFC South. Took only one year. Jacksonville might be the best team in the AFC South.
  24. Just need FSU to beat Clemson now and the ACC is out (and ND's chances improve from "on life support" to just minimal).
  25. Posted that before Tennessee O line decided not to play the final drive
