    Think I saw the Cubs are hitting .153 with RISP over the last 15 games. I’m pretty sure they started that stretch well last in baseball with BA with RISP so it’s probsbly embarrassingly awful now Going on 4 years waiting for that to regress to the mean

    I would very much be fine if Maddon finishes his contract with the Cubs next year and then they move on to someone else. I was not of that opinion before this season but now I completely agree. It wouldn't remotely surprise me if that's what happened. I'm probably just projecting but I can't believe Theo and Jed have been happy with his frequent weird ass decisions

    That was the classic, if this idiot doesn’t walk 6+ guys a game and 2+ an inning he could be really good because he induces pretty much only soft contact and strikes guys out. The only reason he only induces soft contact is because he has no horsefeathering idea where he's throwing the ball, so neither does anyone else. If he stopped walking people he'd probably be Edwin Jackson.
