    As someone who doesn't know diddly about the draft either, I think I agree with you. Trae Young is exciting but I don't want the Bulls going anywhere near him. Might as well grab a lottery ticket if Porter is there.

    Yeah apparently they are more focused and prepare better than the Cubs according to the guy that sprayed our #3 hitter in the genitals with shoe cleaner an hour before game 7 of the World Series. who was the guy that supposedly flipped out over that? was it rizzo? Yes, Rizzo was doing the Rocky thing naked before each of games 5 through 7 before Rondon decided it would be really awesome to spray him in the groin with shoe cleaner. Thankfully Ross managed to lighten the mood enough to get Rizzo to shake it off.

    According to the Pirate announcers they owned Jake in a Cubs uniform... Between the Pirates, Reds and Cardinals I think the NL Central has 3 of the worst 5-7 or so worst broadcast teams in MLB but the Cubs and Brewers might be 1 and 2 in terms of the best. I'd go so far as to say they're the worst 3 now that Hawk is essentially gone.

    We have no room to complain about this, granted, but Wong totally leaned into that pitch.

    It wasn’t so much ignoring the deke attempt as it was more knowing Dexter doesn’t throw much better than a middle schooler Well he doesn't, but with 1 out and KB already rounding second, Dexter could've tossed the ball granny-style for a double play had he somehow caught it. Kris knew he wouldn't.
