  1. My god I don't think I've ever seen someone be out in that particular way before
  2. Well that was very predictable after that stupid Hayes hit
  3. This thing where every opponent has an endless arsenal of lefty pitchers to throw in the game at any convenient point is really aggravating
  4. It's hilarious. None of the Brewers hitters are especially good, none of them even have that good of numbers, but they somehow jump into the lead within 2 innings every game and score 6 runs a night. Just have to tip your cap.
  5. Please stay in the moment here Pete
  6. Ah, so it's going to be the complete rollover today
  7. I'm trying to remind myself the wind knocked down a Baltimore homer yesterday and it isn't just us
  8. I'd like to add another couple of runs so he can take the rest of the day off
  9. That might legitimately be the worst strike call I've ever seen
  10. Colton Cowser - better defender than Brooks Robinson?
  11. After the 07 season the Cubs basically stopped wearing blue at home. They randomly did twice in a row a couple years ago but that's it.
  12. This wind business is well past ridiculous at this point. Second year in a row it just blows in almost all the time
  13. There is no chance, but if they do I want to be a fly on the wall
  14. I would've hoped the lesson of not grabbing people whose under the hood numbers are rapidly going the wrong direction was learned after Neris. Maybe it stuck this time.
  15. More than a little frustrating that we're essentially going to bet on Boyd and Shota both remaining healthy and effective the rest of the season
  16. I would be surprised if Hoyer wasn't in on those two. Either would be big additions.
  17. Sacramento got Leo DeVries in the deal. That's a huge get for them.
  18. Looks like whatever is up won't stop him from hitting at least
  19. If he's actually hurt I don't see how LA can let him pitch again.
  20. Hollowell up, Flexen DFA'd. Most notably from my perspective, I believe that opens up a spot on the 40-man.
