    Scoring off Mason Miller is an objectively good thing and yet when something like that happens in a game we lose anyway I always get annoyed by it.

    They are still listed as options but haven't worked in our games all year. Every time I try to pick the Score broadcast overlay it gives me the Spanish broadcast and kicks the video backwards 5 minutes OTOH I have put Len on White Sox games successfully, so I don't know.

    Oh I completely agree with you. I had the game on and had the same reaction. It's incredible how many elemental things Sutcliffe gets wrong when he's doing these games, and you can almost set your watch to them. I recall he also said something about how Sunday's game was reminding him of Friday's game when it was still 3-0 in the 4th or whatever it was, even though the performances of the respective LA pitchers in the 2 games had not been similar at all.

    99.5% of the time when a dumbass fan thinks they could sit in the booth and do better than a broadcaster, they're stupid wrong. But efforts like those of Sutcliffe is why fans sometimes think that.

    Dansby does a hell of a job to go from 0-2 to 3-2 and then swings at a completely garbage pitch to strike out. Sigh

    It was pretty funny when Davis gave that nugget about Dansby and go ahead RBI in an effort to steer the conversation to the Cubs and Smoltz just completely ignored him and kept talking about Sasaki

    I'm using the Roku app FWIW. The audio overlay hasn't worked for me all year. Always with the Spanish language broadcast

    Could almost see that coming after the nice take of the nasty splitter the pitch before. Excellent!

    Any reason why when I select the Cubs radio overlay on MLBTV it gives me a glitched out Spanish language broadcast and boots the video back 10 minutes?

    Part of what makes that win so cool is that it was really a spectacularly played game on both ends. All those plays you mentioned were highlight reel level impressive.

    Corbin Martin looked outstanding. Rolison was impressive too. I'd never heard of either one like 2 weeks ago. I don't know how we keep finding more guys but someone in scouting/talent acquisition is doing the damn thing

    Noticed the park was basically empty when they showed a highlight. Cincinnati is supposed to be a baseball town and the team's in first place. WTF?
