  1. Bogans has 3 brutal turnovers leading to easy fast break buckets. Defense looks good though.
  2. What an unfortunate name.
  3. You can't hide Scal when he's playing with [expletive] CJ Watson, Asik, a gimp Brewer, etc.
  4. Here's what it was. The Bulls were down like 17 or 18 to start the 2nd half and basically played out of their minds in the 3rd quarter. But the Knicks kept raining 3s from all over the place and what should've been a tie game (or something close) going into the 4th was still a 10 point Knick lead. The starters played the entire 3rd quarter and Rose still started the 4th. The Knicks quickly bumped the lead up to 17 or so again and Thibs sent in the surrender lineup. Then the surrender lineup chips away at the lead to get it to 9 with under 5 left. At this point you could put Rose and Noah back in but he figured the scrubs had gotten the game somewhat close and that the starters already blew their wad in the 3rd quarter trying to catch up. And yes, he probably wanted to save something for Boston. I don't see it as that big a deal.
  5. Knicks made every kind of three there was. Good looks off drive and kick, good looks off of double teams in the post, good looks off P&R, contested step backs, 26 footers, good looks off of broken plays because of offensive rebounds. Bogans has a role but he needs to be one of those guys that starts but only plays 15 minutes or so, at most. Thibs has to stagger the rotation better so we're not left out on the floor with Watson, JJ, Scal, and Asik simultaneously.
  6. Too bad Gallinari bailed out like a wimp. Would've been a classic poster.
  7. 4 minutes of max effort to get yourself back in a game could make a difference on a back to back, especially when you've already killed yourself to make a run in the 3rd quarter but didn't cut it into enough because of fluke shooting by the other team. Seriously, that team gassed itself to play as well as it did in the 3rd but couldn't get it into single digits because of NY's Houdini shooting exhibition.
  8. you also may have missed rose and noah sitting on the bench in a winnable game I'm over it honestly. It was awkward when they started chanting but that lineup sort of brought the Bulls back into the game. Thibs really wants to save some juice for Boston I guess.
  9. I'm glad I turned the game back on or I might have missed Gallinari and Felton bury more 3s. [expletive] weak.
  10. Hmm, I turned the game off and now we're getting back into it. Do I jinx it by turning it back on?
  11. Yeah he's bad. No playmaking ability, no jumper (seriously, it's broken to [expletive]), no brains.
  12. Oh apparently Landry Fields wants to look like he shouldn't be in the developmental league as well.
  13. Bill [expletive] Walker is draining 3s. Is this what it's come down to?
  14. the way they've shot from 3 they should be winning by 30. That was easily the 2nd best quarter of basketball we played all year. Normal shooting from the Knicks and this game is within low single digits, easily.
  15. Face guard all their shooters and don't double Amare.
  16. We basically killed ourselves to shave 7 points off that quarter.
  17. I can't even be mad. The effort has been there this quarter. We'd be right in this if not for the outrageous shooting. And sulley, if you didn't know, Lebron would've actually went to New York if he didn't have a deal already made with the Superfriends because Toney Douglas and Gallinari are actually better than Rose and Noah.
  18. We're absolutely incapable of defending without fouling. In tonight's game, we're just not capable of defending period.
  19. I'm already tired of his "look how dumb I am/look how great our guys are!" act.
  20. Adrian Gonzalez is already available.
  21. I probably will be tomorrow during the game. In fact, I'll probably have a minor freak out when the Bulls lose.
  22. The Celtics blow the Lakers out of the water when it comes to having incredibly unlikable players. Fisher vs. Rondo Kobe vs. Allen Artest vs. Pierce Odom vs. KG Gasol vs. Perkins Fisher's nice but ultimately forgettable (except he hits lots of big shots). Rondo is despicable. Kobe vs. Allen, eh. I have a grudging respect for Kobe and I like Allen so I'll give that one to Boston. Artest is one of the best characters in NBA history. There are not 5 worse human beings that have ever touched a basketball than Paul Pierce, let alone played in the NBA. Odom is dumb and as a basketball fan, it's kind of offensive that he's not a perennial all-star and a future hall of famer but he's harmless. Odom is also another guy that KG repeatedly backs down from because he is, again, a coward. Gasol is an amazing talent but not much in the personality department and he's a flopper which knocks him down a few pegs. Perkins is a fine enforcer and unlike KG, not a gigantic coward.
  23. The Celtics actually got me to root for the Lakers in the Finals which is saying something (well them and Artest who is awesome). And while I appreciate the comedy that would come along with anyone beating the Heat, I hope they smash Boston if it comes down to it.
  24. Kevin Garnett is a coward.
  25. What I'm saying is that the Celtics are basically horrible and I hate them.
