  1. Yeah we finally get a tiny breather in the schedule but we'll probably lose focus and lose for no good reason.
  2. HEY RAISIN AFFLALO BLOWS IT LMAO
  3. Please foul them before they get a 3 off.
  4. Watch us blow this.
  5. is it the crowd, or is the way the staidum sounds on tv? i've never been there, but i have definitely noticed how quiet bulls games are on tv. hawks too. I've only been to one game there, for the playoffs vs. Cleveland, but it was deathly quiet. I feel like NBA crowds in general are quieter than any other sport. I remember watching the Thunder/Lakers series last year and I thought the roof was gonna get blown off for the games in OKC. Same with the old Arco Arena crowds when the Kings were good.
  6. Nice off Rose to shake of 3 quarters of terribad play and start to dictate the game. Noah's huge with the blocks and offensive rebounds. Gotta make FTs though.
  7. Is there a lamer home crowd than the UC? Probably only Miami.
  8. [expletive] christ, Thibodeau, get Korver in the god damn game WITH Rose to create space. He can't penetrate and his jumper is just way off tonight.
  9. Brady was pretty much the epitome of a game manager at that point.
  10. Well that makes me feel better about Super Bowl 36. That was Mike Martz's fault. What the hell does the coach of the 2005 version of that team have to do with the 2010 team? That would be like blaming Jauron for the Bears disappointing 2009. He's referring to the Martz led Rams losing to Brady/Belichick in the Super Bowl in what was considered a fairly huge upset at the time (Rams were giving 14 points). Players wise, those Rams teams outgunned the Pats for sure.

  12. The Bears are better because they have better football players.
  13. He'll be a DC somewhere before long, I'm guessing. If Lovie ever gets canned he won't be out of work for long either.
  14. I think part of it is that Bosh has been relegated to just another guy status and Lebron hasn't really had any spectacular games yet (e.g. the cartoonish numbers he would put up from time to time in Cleveland). They're really kind of a defensive oriented team that doesn't play the most thrilling brand of basketball.
  15. I'd hope that they wouldn't sacrifice a lot of attention from an intradivision game for a non-conference game a few days later. I mean, they're all important, and the Bears should probably win both if they want to be serious playoff contenders, but if you had to pick one, the vikings game is clearly more important. Absolutely. But with fewer days to prepare I wouldn't be surprised if they did some Miami game planning prior to Sunday. And this is a team that needs everything clicking to beat mediocre competition, so any minor sacrifice could be exposed. This, and when you consider the Bears secondary will have to take time out of its day from clubbing baby seals, it could really become a factor.
  16. This is quite the performance by Rodgers especially when you consider that the Dallas pass defense isn't responsible for the Bubonic Plague like the Bears pass D is.
  17. Here are some other QB performances today: Matt Ryan: 94.1 rating Colt McCoy: 101.6 Matt Stafford: 94.7 Joe Flacco: 129.6 Philip Rivers: 137.2 Brett Favre: 101.9, 446 yards The most impressive thing about these performances is that they did it against the non-worst pass defenses of the millenium. Kudos.
  18. Fitzpatrick, 67.4 rating. SHAMEFUL PERFORMANCE BY THE WORST PASS DEFENSE OF ALL TIME
  19. WORST PASS DEFENSE IN THE HISTORY OF THE LEAGUE
  20. For instance those that compile statistics and claim the Bears are middle of the road in pass D are all football noobs. Is this true? I just looked up the numbers and saw that before today the longest pass the Bears allowed all year was 30 yards? Also they have only allowed 4 passing TDs all year? That can't be right? Who cares? Football isn't a game decided by most 30yd throws The ability to not give up big pass plays is pretty important.

That can't be right? 2nd in pass efficiency defense 1st in fewest yards given up per attempt That said, it's been really bad this half.
  22. Well I'm not even really a fan anyway right goony
  23. Jennings is getting punked.
  24. PROTECT THE STICKS [expletive]
