  1. I think part of it is that Bosh has been relegated to just another guy status and Lebron hasn't really had any spectacular games yet (e.g. the cartoonish numbers he would put up from time to time in Cleveland). They're really kind of a defensive oriented team that doesn't play the most thrilling brand of basketball.
  2. I'd hope that they wouldn't sacrifice a lot of attention from an intradivision game for a non-conference game a few days later. I mean, they're all important, and the Bears should probably win both if they want to be serious playoff contenders, but if you had to pick one, the vikings game is clearly more important. Absolutely. But with fewer days to prepare I wouldn't be surprised if they did some Miami game planning prior to Sunday. And this is a team that needs everything clicking to beat mediocre competition, so any minor sacrifice could be exposed. This, and when you consider the Bears secondary will have to take time out of its day from clubbing baby seals, it could really become a factor.
  3. This is quite the performance by Rodgers especially when you consider that the Dallas pass defense isn't responsible for the Bubonic Plague like the Bears pass D is.
  4. Here are some other QB performances today: Matt Ryan: 94.1 rating Colt McCoy: 101.6 Matt Stafford: 94.7 Joe Flacco: 129.6 Philip Rivers: 137.2 Brett Favre: 101.9, 446 yards The most impressive thing about these performances is that they did it against the non-worst pass defenses of the millenium. Kudos.
  5. Fitzpatrick, 67.4 rating. SHAMEFUL PERFORMANCE BY THE WORST PASS DEFENSE OF ALL TIME
  6. WORST PASS DEFENSE IN THE HISTORY OF THE LEAGUE
  7. For instance those that compile statistics and claim the Bears are middle of the road in pass D are all football noobs. Is this true? I just looked up the numbers and saw that before today the longest pass the Bears allowed all year was 30 yards? Also they have only allowed 4 passing TDs all year? That can't be right? Who cares? Football isn't a game decided by most 30yd throws The ability to not give up big pass plays is pretty important.

That can't be right? 2nd in pass efficiency defense 1st in fewest yards given up per attempt That said, it's been really bad this half.
  9. Well I'm not even really a fan anyway right goony
  10. Jennings is getting punked.
  11. PROTECT THE STICKS [expletive]
  12. We actually were #1. But yeah, it's been really bad this game. Wow for real? Well either way they've been giving up long 3rd down conversions all game so a weird thing to say, and fitting that they gained 47 yards on a 3rd and long immediately after making that point. Despite jersey's histrionics week after week we basically stack up very well in almost every defensive metric.

  14. Did Tillman force that lost fumble or just recover it?
  15. No one of the better ones by any conceivable metric. they look like the worst today. The Dolphins and Texans say hello.
  16. No one of the better ones by any conceivable metric.
  17. If you're going to blitz how do you let a guy run past the sticks unmolested so he can catch a duck?
  18. Best ball Jordan Jefferson's ever thrown.
  19. I'm still annoyed by the last game so I'm going to continue to whine about those criminal Celtics and the atrocious referring. Look at ~1:20 in this highlight clip of the final play of regulation: http://www.nba.com/video/games/celtics/2010/11/05/0021000073_chi_bos_recap.nba/index.html That's a [expletive] blatant reach in foul on Rondo that the coward refs didn't call. No wonder Rose couldn't get a shot off with that petulant little bitch Rondo cheating like that.
  20. CBS College Sports Network if you have it. Yeah, it's lame. Not even in HD here.
