  1. that would be a really over simplistic way to put it
  2. Tigers probably sweep the Cards i've got a feeling about it
  3. I'm surprised there aren't well-defined rules - there have been a few ambidextrous pitchers in pro ball, even at the MLB level. Greg Harris in 1995 for the Expos and this guy: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tony_Mullane 567 innings in 1884, even load balancing between two arms, is pretty amazing. the record is 680, by Will White
  4. well not really i just don't make +1 posts or quote posts that nobody wants to read
  5. I'd believe in the Twins more if Delmon Young ever tried to pull the ball.
  6. I didn't see much of that, but perhaps I left the thread out of perturbation by then.
  7. what did he say about Morrison and Redick when they were drafted?
  8. seemingly the vast majority
  9. lets merge this thread with the game thread after his callup where everybody was making clever Corey comparisons
  10. somebody should start a thread where illinguy, LLF and cubsgm can compete to see who can make more whiny sniveling remarks about the Cardinals let the slurp off begin!
  11. Gomez is virtually the same player Jose Reyes was at his age, what did you really expect from him? but... but... he hit for the cycle is that the only thing you know?
  12. why do we care what ben seaver from growing pains has to say
  13. make no mistake, people were doing that in April overreacting to his hot stretch of hitting
  14. so you're cherry picking his worst stretch for production, and he's still getting on base at a .350 clip?
  15. i nominate every single Marlin player for that award that front office just baffles my mind how shrewd they are down there
  16. yeah i dont think he'll be 36/101 with 945 ops again either way to go out on a limb there
  17. i guess man can not live on sinker alone
  18. the box score says Kobe has just 3 TO but it seems more like 7
  19. he'd fix Hill in 10 minutes
  20. i'm going to take the under it should be like 5%
  21. Leyland wasn't at the helm of a team that blew a 7 game lead in September make no mistake about it though, if the Tigers miss the playoffs he'll be fired too
