  1. steve mason....oh, nevermind
  2. kelly johnson, stewart, fontenot, kendrick are also passable 2B options you can wait on. rickie weeks too
  3. Jones was a five tool talent playing the best defensive CF of our generation, and stayed consistent throughout an 11 year span with maybe 1 real outlier year. obvious laziness is so much more probable a culprit for his decline than steroid use, if you ask me.
  4. i'd keep Prince Fielder Matt Holliday B.J. Upton Geo Soto Carlos Quentin Chad Billingsley Francisco Liriano and not think twice about it unless maybe to swap out Geo or Quentin with Kemp (4 OFs). Upton still provided fantastic OBP value for you in a injury-marred season. he's probably the first player on your entire list i'd keep. and for as many years as your league stays together. oh, you're also going to be kicking yourself in 2010 when Holliday is the best fantasy hitter in the world playing for Boston.
  5. he could have had at least a goal too, he had a couple great opportunities early really dumb penalty in the late 3rd though
  6. as it stands now, he's on the bench. it'd be interesting though if somebody trades for him to be their DH. the Mariners would make a lot of sense.
  7. ROUND 2 1. Detroit: Cro Magnon - Michael Johnson, DE, Georgia Tech because their pass rush sucks. as a bonus, opposing QBs won't be able to throw over Johnson's giraffe neck.
  8. http://a323.yahoofs.com/ymg/ept_sports_nba_experts__21/ept_sports_nba_experts-407078606-1236360449.jpg?ymBEv5ADqBSVNdD.
  9. might as well run with it, i don't think the real life consequences are going to be really dire if he whiffs on his pick or something. just do a mock GM meetings later on if he has buyers remorse about it.
  10. I believe I was the first one to say he had an elbow injury way back last March or April. and you also said like two weeks ago "ah it was just a back problem, we're gonna live to rue this one" but why aren't you reminding us of that gaffe
  11. http://img75.imageshack.us/img75/3597/seminbongosyv0.gif or http://i518.photobucket.com/albums/u344/GroinGremlin/Semindrums.gif can't go wrong with either
  12. if there were any pitch he could 'not hit', he'd have a lot more strikeouts than 50 in 726 PA
  13. oh man i loved it last year when everyone panicked about Pujols' elbow
  14. that'd be even better, he could put a .gif of that in his sig and i'd crack up every time i saw it
  15. mods change this guys name to Alexander Semin
  16. Patrick O'Sullivan to the Oilers Justin Williams to the Kings Eric Cole to the Canes don't understand the Kings motivation in this one
  17. Moore to Buf
  18. how many enforcers do the Flyers need?
  19. uh oh watch out for a teabagging
  20. what a self-centered dink
  21. the data really doesn't appear to back that up
  22. 20) Detroit Lions - Peria Jerry, DT, Ole Miss because giving up 250 yards on the ground every week isn't a recipe for success in the NFL
  23. i was hoping he'd fall
