  1. Revised and final: Shields 786.5 CJ Wilson 645 Jimenez 360 Morales 000 Moreland: Exempt Davis: Exempt Leake: Exempt Norris: Exempt Collmenter: Exempt Venters: Exempt Minors: Brown Jackson Conger Green
  2. Dealers gets Calvinball's 7th round pick as part of the CJ Wilson trade.
  3. Dealer's get Fuzzy's 5th round pick in 2012 (nccf acquired during the year) and Calvinball's 7th in 2013 for CJ Wilson.
  4. Yeah. Thanks. I understand the issue. I just think it will lead to the problems for hitters that the league just fixed for pitchers.
  5. So daily changes instead of weekly for all positions? If you have no cap on transactions for hitters, that's going to benefit teams with crappy players that can just stream hitters to get more points. Good for me this year but long term I don't think it's good in a points league.
  6. More dumb questions: how many rounds is the draft? In trade discussions, no one knows for sure. Given the different team constructions, I assume you pick until your roster is full? So let's say someone took over a team of crap and cut the roster down to bare bones (hypothetically speaking). Would that team possibly have several picks at the end when the other teams were full?
  7. And taxed
  8. payment sent via paypal. let me know if you don't get it Tim.
  9. Alamo Stealth gets Calvinball's 9th rounder for Jimenez.
  10. Toot gets Calvinball's 10th round for Mitch Moreland. Fuzzy gets NSBB's 7th rounder (that nccf acquired during the season) for Shields.
  11. As long as you're within the 7 starts limit, allowing adds during the week makes a lot of sense. Also saves the new guy from having to figure out all the exceptions.
  12. I'm not offering second rounders or anything but I've got multiple picks in each of a few later rounds that I'd like to turn into something of value. I can take points but I only have a few total players worth considering keeping. So if you've just dropped an exempt or points player that you'd like to turn into a mid-late pick, pm me. We's got lotsa work to do on dis here roster.
  13. Just wanted to confirm that this also means it's ok for me to work out some trades for recently dropped players. No one seems to have objected but I want to be sure the commish is on board.
  14. I think I've figured it out on my own, but does the commish or anyone keep track of the draft pick trades and make a final list before the draft? I assume we'd all do that ourselves also as a check, but wanted to know if they'll be an "official" order.
  15. Yeah thanks. I'm not new to fantasy baseball just this somewhat unusual league. So I wouldn't trade, say, a first rounder for a player another team was going to drop anyway...
  16. Mine is pretty close. I'm working on a couple of trades but have trimmed most of the fat (which was a lot of fat).
  17. I don't care one way or the other about CG, but [expletive] cancer.
  18. But he's still exempt. So free Wade Davis!
  19. Sorry for all the questions, but is there a thread or somewhere you can find trades, esp of minor leaguers? I've seen the draft pick trade thread, but wondering if there's info on the other trades. I'm trying to determine which FA belonged to which team and have some sense of the value of players in trades.
  20. Are you ignoring the lengthy PM I sent you on purpose. It explained how to find the stats for last year and it explained the exemption status along with plenty of other nonsense. No, I used it to find my team's stats but I couldn't get FA stats to come up in chrome, as I just said.
  21. thanks. all players wasn't coming up in chrome for some reason.
  22. whee! thanks
  23. Fun Twist. Unless I'm missing something, there's no way for me to tell how many points a now-FA had for his team last year b/c he doesn't show up on the team page. If anyone can tell me where I can find this info, that would be great. Otherwise, trying to come up with these trades is a lost cause b/c I don't know dick about the scoring system. ETA: on a related note - how do you find out who scored the highest last year in order to prep for the draft if you can't see FA points from 2011?
  24. Dumb Q? Does the exemption apply to guys who are entering their 4th year? So if a guy has 3 years above the limits, he counts going into this year or he doesn't count going into this year? i.e., Wade Davis. And yes, my team is so bad I'm considering keeping Wade Davis. [expletive] you.
  25. The rightful owner sounds like nccubfan.
