Thats funny since the ump blew a call at 2nd base on Lugos 1st inning double leading to a run today, and the ridiculous umpire interference call which took away a stolen base from Victorino. That call at 2nd looked like about as much of a tie goes to the runner situation as you can have. (yes, I realize that's not a rule.) It could have gone either way. But Encarnacion shouldn't even have been on base, so in reality, it shouldn't have even been a question because the fly ball would have been the 3rd out.
