  1. Yep, it went from a 64-62 Indiana lead to a 92-66 Knicks lead. Indiana got completely out of their game part way through the run and just started chucking shots without running any offense. They totally lost their composure.
  2. So, unsustainable hot streak or BABIP finally normalizing a bit? And yes, me too.
  3. I hate you. Stop reminding me of how long ago I was in college.
  4. I think lost in all the well deserved oohing and ahhing over Butler is how well rounded and skilled Noah has become in pretty much every facet of the game. About the only other thing you could ask of him is to develop that jumper a bit more and maybe a couple more post moves. But man, he really allows them to do a lot of things on both ends of the floor because he covers so much ground on defense and is such a good passer and finisher with that left hand.
  5. I thought Bellinelli had the giant balls based on game 7!
  6. So, does this set up for a Heat win in game 2, then a triumphant return for Rose in game 3?
  7. Yes! That was awesome.
  8. Man, he'll kill you sometimes, but it's really hard not to love the guy. He plays so hard and is completely fearless out there.
  9. Apparently it's okay if he undercuts a guy trying to get to a three point shooter though.
  10. No, that was just ridiculous by LeBron. Probably wouldn't even have been called the other way though.
  11. Man, I can't believe how well Butler has been playing. The guy has really taken to all the coaching I'm sure he's gotten and just gives so much effort.
  12. whatever happened with him and that child pornography stuff? I think he was being extorted for money from some chick in a different state whom he had a brief relationship with and she went to the cops with false info/claims Yeah, sounds like the chick told him she was legal, actually was legal, then went to the cops saying she wasn't. It's not resolved yet, but doesn't sound like it's going anywhere.
  13. Is he seriously bitching about that call after a two hand push of Bellinelli?
  14. Is some of that IsoP issue going to be adjustment to pro ball in the states combined with the tendency of the MWL to suppress power numbers a bit?
  15. They should just send Cook out there to kick Wade in the knee to even things up a bit.
  16. Your typo amuses me, since that's probably where Ian should be.
  17. Is he becoming a guy to really pat attention to? I remember him showing flashes previously but being inconsistent.
  18. Haha didn't even notice that. My man card status is in doubt. IMO, that's a positive check mark on the man card since she's 12.
  19. So then no, you didn't play at a world class level. So you don't know how this will effect a guy playing the toughest position in the world against the greatest atheletes. Seriously dude, die in a fire, you have no earthly idea what the hell you're talking about. It's about getting back to the level you were at prior to the injury, regardless of what level that was. This line of argument you've taken on is completely worthless and you're wrong. I'm pretty sure your undying love for Deron has completely blinded your ability to reason in a sound manner.
  20. Isn't this regarded as a pretty deep WR class with a possibility of still getting a high value guy in the 5th?
  21. Is Yao-Lin Wang the guy who was closing in Peoria last year?
  22. Didn't look at the top of the page, read the article, then saw a couple others about Dantoni call Phil about coaching the Lakers and the Bucks blocking fans' view of the Heat. Thought, wait, is this an Onion article? Yep, paying attention is a good thing.
  23. What the hell? Those were probably written pre-draft. And Urlacher was 6-4, 260 coming out, and ran as fast as some DBs/WRs. Man, I thought he was closer to 240 when he was drafted but I just looked up his combine measureables and they listed him at 6'4" and 258. I thought he was a tad faster than a 4.57 in the 40 though. That doesn't seem that fast anymore, but when you're that big that's just hauling ass.
  24. I have a random thought on t why they took him in the 1st round. Since rookie contracts are 5 years for 1st rounders and only 4 years for 2nd rounders, they may have decided to grab him there to have an extra cheap year before they have to give him more money on that second contract. This is helpful especially if they're planning on letting him develop on the bench a bit before throwing him into the fire. May not be a great reason, it's still a reach, and I think they could have traded back a few spots and still gotten him in the first, but it makes it a little less awful.
