:( - You saw me Were you dressed as a cat, banging a drum with 3 others while wearing a leotard and jumping up and down, or simply spinning around and around with a blank stare on your face? You've achieved the blank stare part of that. Here we go!
Just slightly under the amount of Wayne Rooney headlines on ESPN's World Cup page, huh? Want to try living in England? We can't move for metatarsals. So what is the latest word. 12 different tabloids are talking about his smile today :) I don't know; I've adopted a 'No Rooney' policy until he features in a game.
Hater. I picked your country... Sorry, - I would be delighted to see USA qualify, but I just don't see it happening. You can start preparing the crow.

Like a "report this post" button that would come up with a comment area maybe? I have one of those on another forum, and they work well - both re-assuring the person complaining that their gripe will be heard, and soon, and ensuring that the person doing the complaining doesn't have to make too much effort to bring the person who is guilty of the misdemeanour to 'justice'.
They're pretty much forced to start him after he scored that hat trick....Which according to my English friend is not a good thing for them since they reckon he's not actually that good of a player. He is a fit an in-form striker, though, and England are very short on those. They have one.
I'm still upset about your Mariners' defeat at the weekend, BalsaWood. You'd have been playing the (even Mightier) Huddersfield Town next season if that had gone to plan. I've got much family in Grimsby, too, so I was pulling for it. Alas. To keep me World Cup themed, England currently beating Hungary - I believe 2-1 - in a game that looked a lot more frantic when I passed it than it had any reason to.
Snap. The wheels are already in motion for Manchester U's refusal as well. They've been getting antsy about the doctors, and all sorts. As a news story, its already ludicrously overblown, certainly on this side of the pond.
Does anybody have a pitch count for Prior? He needs to be able to get up to 70 pitches before he goes up to AA or AAA. I think they said 44. Don't quote me on that. Just checked Cubs.com - do quote me on it. 44 it was.
I quite fancy Spain this year. Which is a death-knell for their chances, of course. I just think the tournament's at the right time - and they do have David Villa, the player I'm most looking forward to seeing at the World Cup.
England have real problems. The best two strikers - Rooney and Owen - will be nothing like fit (Rooney won't even play until the knock-out stages, Owen is just getting his fitness back) for the finals. The central defence, where England have such strength, is weaker than I can recall - Campbell's been out with mental problems for a while, Ferdinand lapses regularly, which leaves John Terry to have confidence in. Anything further than the quarter finals I'd see as a huge achievement. The Dutch are well-equipped. However, they're always well-equipped.
Im tuned in because im bored I'm playing with a spreadsheet for my mum, so I could think of more exciting things to do, but I am looking forward to it.
