You should report it to Ebay. It seems like the guy would have to put that information into the auction if he knew about it. Maybe you can get your money back. Seriously you should do this. It's fraud, and eBay tries to take it seriously.

I wouldn't suggest it. That takes about an hour and forty-five minutes. You want to take the Blue Line to the Addison stop, get on the Addison 152 CTA bus, and ride that to Wrigley. -
