    Obviously he's not a guy I want in the rotation all the time, but it'd be a nice spell for some of the younger starters or in case someone gets injured. I don't care that much about Cherry or Moore. Moore was never going anywhere and I think Cherry was overestimated. Not a great trade, but a good trade.

    Absolutely it was ok. There is no doubt in my mind that was the correct call. Lou took advantage of Fielder hitting in the cleanup spot.

    Glad for the win, but Marmol looked shaky in his second inning. With the number of innings he's on pace for, I'd like to see Lou limit his outings to one inning a piece.

    From Gameday, it appears that Piniero missed the ball on a pitch, and then overthrew the infielders when Pence tried to advance.
