  1. Hell I'm very tempted to make it out there. That was one great game to watch.
  2. Hawks up 2-0 after the first period!
  3. Me too. Tom Brady has a bye week this week (obviously), so I had to go find a QB. Well, most of the week I had Jason Campbell (19 points today) but cut him to sign JP Losman who had a better matchup this week and had been doing better. So what happens? Of course Campbell puts up 19 points and Losman puts up 5. And then, of course, Donovan McNabb goes crazy for my opponent and posts 27 points. Fantasy football sucks. At least you didn't bench Derek Anderson for Losman :-&
  4. Of course I have to be playing against the Denver defense who allowed 9 points, and has 1 TD, 4 sacks, 3 interceptions, and a fumble recovery. OF COURSE THAT'S WHO I'M PLAYING TODAY. Freakin' fantasy football pisses me off sometimes.
  5. Not only that, but he's single-handedly destroying my fantasy team.
  6. Now the Steelers are back on top again. 31-28 with 3:13 left.
  7. Not so fast. The Browns return the kickoff 100 yards to take the lead right back. What a game! Who would have thought the Browns would put up this much of a fight?
  8. And Pittsburgh comes barreling back into the game. I bet they're glad they have football season to look forward to....
  9. I'm looking forward to this game quite a bit.
  10. Tonight is the first Blackhawks home televised game!!! Bump for those increasingly less anonymous 'Hawks fans!
  11. Hot damn what a game! I said it was possible, but I'm still shocked that it happened! Illinois defeats a No. 1 ranked team?? :pig: The great news is that I'm probably going to the bowl game!!!
  12. Fargas Fargas Fargas Fargas Fargas Fargas Fargas You can't go wrong with a RB against the Chicago defense.
  13. I'm still convinced the Colts win this game if Harrison is playing.
  14. I'd take Soriano if he patrolled CF...
  15. IIRC Marshall has had durability problems, as CCP noted, and he's never really racked up that many innings. He's been very effective when healthy, but the Cubs are afraid to over-work him. Before 2006, the last time he threw over 100 innings was the year he was drafted - 2003.
  16. Wow, can't beleive the Trib wanted Wrigley knocked down.
  17. Anyone got that 2007 WGN video stored somewhere? Had an itching to watch that yesterday...
  18. Shard is a great back. He runs very hard, punches through holes, and is faster than people give him credit for. He also has terrific hands. Illinois doesn't have much of an air game, so while they can't key on Shard, they aren't giving the throwing game much respect either. I really hope he comes back next year, but I could understand if he didn't. Our offense line isn't really above average either (imo).
  19. I might be interested in that Wii.
  20. I'd give up Marmol in a heartbeat for Crawford. That's a tasty rumor.... =P~
  21. I see this as very possible upset for Illinois. But then, I'm very biased.
  22. I like this idea.
  23. I've been down on Pie recently, I think I'd do this trade.
  24. Am I the only one not terribly excited about this guy? Maybe I just don't know enough about him?
