    I know I flaked out last year, but if there is an extra ticket I'm pretty sure I can get off of work. I'd just rather not ask unless the ticket is there for sure.

    What a sweet haul. Thanks to my boss, who gratefully allowed me to hunt for tickets on his time and at work, I was able to get everything I wanted. 3x 6/22/08 BLEACHER Tickets for the White Sox game (swish!) 3x 6/11/08 against the Braves 3x 8/31/08 against the Phillies 3x 5/31/08 against the Rockies That's not including the 20 some tickets I got for him. What an awesome morning, and now I'm all pumped up for baseball!!!! :yahoo:

    I don't think being late to a game or two hurt his stock as much as moving from 2B to OF did. I'd be surprised if his bat improves enough to make him valuable at a corner outfield position, not to mention he's behind a lot of players on the Cubs in terms of playing time right now. That makes a lot more sense. I assume it was the defense that finally caught up to him?

    Well I guess I'm gonna stop posting in WCFB then. And join the monster offseason thread! I for one, am very happy with the cuts. I'm looking for some awesome OL help in the draft, no way can they afford to pick RB or QB first. Maybe they'll even trade the first round down for second and third rounders.

    Yes, it is. Thanks. I can't say I really care then. He'll only make the roster if Cedeno is moved, which I don't think will happen at this point. Exactly. This is really a non-issue unless moves are made. But it could portend such moves.
