I have to admit that Bobby Knight had some very entertaining moments as a color commentator. That whole thing about raising your hand when you make a bad pass thing was awesome. He also had larges segments of time where he just sounded like a cranky old man

I certainly hope I wasn't one that said that. But yes, you were right and those of us who said that were wrong. Gloat about it. 35 points in 19 games is filthy. I don't even think I can do that in "Be a Pro" mode on NHL 11. I didnt mean to sound like I was gloating, sorry. He is having an incredible start to the season though.

I think you misunderstand me. I don't think fans want to get caught either. I guess I am basically saying I don't think most fans really want to know what it takes to win, as long as they win.

what school's fan base wants to be portrayed as supporting a reckless bunch of money-grabbing cheaters? i mean other than Southern Cal. I don't think most fans want their school to be portrayed that way. I am not sure most fans are really against it though if it will help the team win.

I have watched most of the 2nd half and OT and really do not see how the refs are messing up...except for maybe calling too many fouls on both teams

a little amateur sleuthing yielded the result that marc savard is the "little fake artist" and the player who got called for his third minor penalty of the game is gregory campbell, who happens to be colin campbell's son. AND ANOTHER: so now he is asking about a call that the home radio announcers made sound like a bad call. the player penalized? gregory campbell. he should lose his job but the NHL is dumb, so he will keep it. Not that I am shocked, but this is the guy who hands out suspensions and other discipline in the NHL. Seems that the person who is in charge of such things wouldn't be the type of guy who is obviously petty and holds grudges.
