  1. It’s too bad this Saints defense can’t be paired with a decent offense.
  2. You guys aren’t wrong at all, but casually sweeping under the rug what he’s done for cancer charities is sorta gross.
  3. Yea! Arkansas finished 13th in national recruiting rankings. Boo! This still ranks 7th in the conference. The SEC has 12 of the top 25 teams in recruiting rankings.
  4. I mean, he's probably right.
  5. Zion's weight has been a big discussion here for awhile now. The Pels organization under Griffin has lost a lot of credibility with how they've handled the whole Zion saga since he was drafted, which is reinforcing the idea that the foot is not really what's keeping him out now. With how Twitter world is piling on him lately, the chances that Zion is in New Orleans next year has basically gone from small to nil. He's in year three, which means he's at the point where others are getting rookie extensions on big contracts. Who the hell would give him a big deal right now? Unless he’s completely losing it off the court/not following conditioning stuff/the org is just inept and they feel he’s a lost cause I’d be pretty surprised if he doesn’t sign the rookie extension. Seems like it’s in everyone’s best interest. He locks in generational money, the team isn’t stuck with that bad of a deal or big deal and they can always move him after. And maybe he gets in better shape and things turn out fine. But this is the same city and franchise that went through the AD drama a couple of years ago. Nobody wants to go through that again, much less for someone who’s played in 85 games in 2-1/3 seasons. That said, if you ever get a chance to watch Zion play in person, go, because that dude is unreal live. I’d love for him to get healthy again and dominate. He was taking over stretches of games at 20 years old last season.

  7. Tom's movie reviews.
  8. Are you really Dan Orlovsky?
  9. Weren't his Wisconsin teams quite successful? He did have some succesful teams, but using Coach O and especially Bielema as examples of success doesn't further any argument. Admittedly, I'm mostly just salty about anything positive said about Bielema. Between Chad Morris, Bielema and John L Smith (SMILE!), Arkansas had a run of some embarrasingly godawful coaching.
  10. UCF/Florida will be interesting. Gators likely won’t give a horsefeathers about being there, plus Gus Malzhan gets to stick it to an SEC team.
  11. Neither did this. https://twitter.com/danorlovsky7/status/1444725946674778120?s=21
  12. I bet Auburn and their fans are REALLY excited to go to the Birmingham Bowl.
  13. Penn State key to victory? If Treylon Burks sits out to get ready for the draft, Nittany Lions win.
  14. Arkansas vs Penn St in the Outback Bowl. Should be a good game. Baylor vs Ole Miss in the Sugar should be an awesome game.
  15. horsefeathering BAMA.
  16. Really? Because their vaunted defense is getting carved up in the 2nd quarter Lol, every damn time I call something. I still think Georgia wins.
  17. GD Georgia is good. No one’s beating them.

    NFL Week 12

This just in, Taysom Hill should not be a starting QB in the NFL. The Saints are playing without their starting QB, RB, WR1, LT, RT, LG, TE and K, and that's before you mention the injuries on defense. That Jets game in 9 days might be a 0-0 tie. Also breaking news, Cowboys fans are just the worst. What an obnoxious bunch of bandwagoners.
  19. I don't really know what that means. Saban coached there, no? He's a proven commodity and as smarmy as any big-time coach. He'll fit right in because he will win. If he can't beat Alabama or to a lessor extent, Georgia, that's what will matter. Yes, but I'm wondering how the players will take to someone who has a reputation for being very disciplined and prickly, as I heard a beat writer say, after years of "player's coaches" who let them do whatever the F they wanted. If it works, LSU could be the next Georgia.
  20. FWIW, they’re saying here that Kelly had asked for upgrades in facilities at ND and it wasn’t happening, thus he jumps to LSU where money flows like water. Do not underestimate the money from rich LSU trustees that want to beat Saban. I still lean against this being a good fit.
  21. But gumbo is not spicy. That's why there's hot sauce on the table. I think you missed the joke. Clearly. I am a very literal person sometimes. :?
