I didn’t catch much of the Cards this year so I don’t know how good a manager he was, but didn’t STL meet or exceed expectations this season? It’s not like they were going to make it to the NLCS.

1 Georgia 2 Iowa 3 Oklahoma 4 Cincinnati 5 Alabama 6 Ohio State 7 Michigan 8 Penn State 9 Michigan State 10 Oregon They probably deserve it being undefeated but Oklahoma is not the 3rd best team in the country. Georgia again showing they’re the dominant team in CFB.

I haven’t been able to watch any of the pregame shows in years. I wish there was any network show out there that wasn’t some forced chuckle-fest but was more stats and analysis driven. MLB network does a decent job, sometimes.

Meanwhile, 35-7 Kentucky over LSU early in the 4th. Just a beatdown in every phase. O is toast.

I can’t remember seeing an LSU team this bad, maybe Gerry DiNardo days. Mistakes, can’t run the ball and can’t stop the run. It’s pretty awesome.

100% the right call, IMO. Trying to match Lane Kiffin’s offense starting in each other’s red zone seems riskier than two yards to end the game right then. Ole Miss vs Arkansas is always nuts, and heart breaking for one side or the other.

Some guy the Brewers just called up from the beer softball league named Rowdy just hit a 2-run HR for Milwaukee.

Posting this here because he plays there now. Lonzo was a polarizing player in a town which doesn’t really follow the NBA that closely. He’s really good at some things, not so good at other things, but that last post is very true. Rooting for him to do well in Chicago.

LSU will need to fire O for cause if they want to be able to pay Kiffin's enormous buyout. I'm not sure Kiffin makes that jump anyways. Ole Miss is a really good fit for him right now. His twitter persona and his actual personality are two very different things. Kiffin is quite the introvert in real life and at Ole Miss he's allowed to just go about his business with his head down and nobody messes with him, but the Baton Rogue media and LSU boosters are on the complete opposite side of that. He's apparently adopted the Saban model for dealing with boosters and hangers-on i.e. piss off and let me do my job and "no, you can't come to practice and stand there." I'm not sure that would fly at LSU. I also don't think Kiffin has won enough yet at Ole Miss to currently qualify for a blue blood type gig. I have no idea on the Lane Kiffin talk, but if LSU does fire Coach O, it will be for cause. Apparently, Title IX violations and sweeping rape alegations against football players under the rug is where they draw the line... (once the football team starts losing).

That host there is a big time bro, but he is the maybe the most popular radio sports talk host in the area, definitely that covers LSU. He's been torching Coach O since last season, and claims that the search for a new coach has been happening since UCLA. Lots of people down here are calling for Lane Kiffin.
