We had Missouri State on the ropes and then proceeded to miss 4 consecutive 1 and 1's. Missouri State came back from being down by 9 with under 3 to play to score the final 11 points of the game. Hopefully Chris Lowery's tenure at SIU has come to an end.

Probably. Will Zombo replace him, or am I completely missing someone? Bishop? Didn't he play there most of the year anyway? And play well enough to make Barnett expendable? I WAS missing someone. Like I said earlier in the season: So many guys stepped up and did well replacing injured starters that Thompson and McCarthy are going to have some very difficult decisions to make. Not trying to start anything, but that's how teams catch up to the SB champs. Depth! Packers could easily lose all of Lee, Jenkins, Peprah, Bigby, Jolly, Colledge, Spitz, Jones, Barnett, Jackson this year. They are going to lose Driver, Clifton, Grant, and possibly Woodson in the next couple years. Not to mention all the players that will get hurt and not come back as strong. And players that will either not have repeat years or fail to live up to their contracts and be cap casualties. Granted that's not a lot of household names and the core is very strong....but losing depth hurts. The Packers draft well, but no team can fill all the holes that a couple offseasons can create (other than the Patriots). We'll probably lose a few of those guys, but I'd say the chances of losing all of them are slim to none. I do think Jenkins is gone and the writing is on the wall for Barnett. I'm definitely on board for drafting another WR, especially with this year's wideout class. Driver's not getting any younger and who knows if Jones will be back or not?

Teams are also daring Rose to shoot jumpers again, which is why his shooting percentage has plumetted. Out of his 16 misses last night, I'd say at least 10 of them were wide open jump shots. Most of the shots he missed were short, which is obviously an indication that he didn't have his legs. He's never going to admit it, but I'm sure everything that he has done this season is starting to catch up with him.

Barnett's probably going to be the odd man out now.

Glad I wasn't the only one to realize this. He's shooting only 69% from the line in that stretch as well.

This is looking like a carbon copy of the Minnesota game.

Baffling. The guy has all the time in the world at ISU and he's acting like he has to make a big run in 2012/2013 or it's curtains. Outside of White he's bringing in JAG's. The SIU kid sucks and Babb and Allen are average. Luscious kind of sucks and you're tying up 2 years of scholarship so he can give you 1 likely mediocre year. I don't get it. yeah, they should save all those scholarships for 5'9", 145 pound white kids from fort dodge. and booker doesn't really suck. Wasn't aware it was an either/or. He has NBA GM's on speed dial man, right? He can find players. You're right. Booker racked up3.5 and 3.5 as a freshman and 6 and 4 as a sophomore while turning it over a bunch. In a one-bid league. He's awesome. I kept waiting for Booker to show me something and he never really did. He had one game where he had 15 and 10 last year, but he quickly went back to irrelevancy after that. He's a pretty unmotivated guy too. Of course, I'm sure quite a bit of that had to do with the head coach he was playing for.
