Woooo, SIU is back at .500 with a 63-52 win over Wichita State today. Boy, that was a boring game. Wichita State is absolutely awful this year.

SIU gets their first road win of the year tonight over Evansville. We started out the game with a 15-0 run and had a lead of 24-4 at one point. Not sure where that was during the other road games we've had this year. Wichita State is next on Saturday at home. A win puts us right back at .500 and in the midst of the leaders in the Valley.

There were some Wallace and Tyrus for McGrady rumors floating around last week... Pax was on WSCR this morning and flat out said the rumors for McGrady rumors were flat out ridiculous. He then went on a big rant about journalists needing to be held accountable for stuff they make up. It was a pretty good interview this morning, and North hit him pretty hard. North told Pax the Wallace signing has been a terrible signing, in which Pax didnt say a word. Yeah, we don't need a player of T-Mac's caliber on our collegiate team. Thanks Paxson.

One can only imagine how that conversation went. The unanimous vote by the players, though, would seem to indicate Noah was pretty much out of line and everyone knew it. Like it matters anyway. This team is a trainwreck, it's hard to even watch them now. What a complete disaster. The sooner Noah is out of Chicago, the better. I can't stand that man. Back in June, I didn't understand why we drafted him and I still have no answer for why we did. I have full confidence that this team will make the playoffs as a 7 seed and proceed to get either swept, or lose in 5. Please spare me that and just get a lottery pick.

to be fair, he was found not guilty. Don't let that silly little fact get in the way of rationality. Noticed I said Chmura was charged--not found guilty. So don't let that "silly little fact" get in the way. Even though he admitted to drinking with a bunch of teenage girls (including his own child's babysitter, who accused him of raping her) in a hot tub. Those must be silly little facts, too. I think you'll find this blog on the rationality of packer fans an interesting read: Link Sweet, so just because some Packers fans support Chmura, that means all of them support him. I love assumptions.

?? The Packers have played in cold weather before. Brett is awesome in cold weather in Lambeau. Did you miss the Packers game at Soldier? The Packer's fans didn't miss that game. It just didn't count because of the following reasons that I've heard so far from the idiotic fans of the green and urine gold: 1) They just didn't want anybody getting hurt in the cold. 2) They got caught looking ahead to the playoffs. 3) The game really didn't mean anything (even though it did), so they didn't try as hard. 4) If it hadn't been for the packer's punting game, they'd have won. 5) The Bears just got lucky. Again. Any other day, the packers would have won. Believe me. I live in Wisconsin, so I've heard it all. Isnt it funny how non packer fans from wisconsin, hate the packers more than anyone. Also, Roast. You have no idea how stupid and irrational packer fans are. If you havent lived there you have no idea. And 95% of Bears fans that I know are stupid and irrational too. It's what every fan says about the opposing fan base of a rival team.

I disagree. Green Bay's defense has a good chance of knocking off New England. Green Bay's defense would get ripped to shreds by New England. Yeah. Defense has nothing to do with beating NE, you gotta put up 40. Yeah, you do know we scored 42 yesterday right? Not counting the Bears game, we put up over 30 or close to 30 points in every game in the 2nd half of the season. Offense isn't a problem for us.

Oh wow. Too bad I can't really laugh at that as SIU lost to Indiana State in double OT on a 3 pointer with 4 seconds left. The score was like 47-47 after regulation. lol, this season is a joke.
