  1. Yes, I changed the username a while ago.
  2. Hey guys -- it was fantastic seeing everyone and meeting those of you I hadn't met before! Great game, can't complain about the weather given today's, wish we could have hung out after Giordano's, but my sweet doggies were relieved that I came home to let them out. Now to decide when to head out for today's game ...
  3. You've been added!
  4. Ugh. Good luck, Fred!
  5. We'll probably hit Murphy's before getting in line, but it really depends on what time we roll on in. Good thing it's not a noon start; those are killers.
  6. We'll probably arrive around noonish as well.
  7. What's the latest? When is he due back?
  8. No kidding. Yay Sean!
  9. I think the main problem is that Lou promised Sori that he'd bat first way back when. That, coupled with a zillion dollars, sold Sori. Lou has shown willingness to move him around position-wise, but not batting-order-wise. I always thought that Sori would end up in LF and his latest defensive efforts have born that out. The batting order is going to be the toughest thing to change.
  10. Joe Morgan thinks that Cedeno should have waited longer after tagging and running home.
  11. Hill needs to pitch in order to locate. Even if they're working with him in side sessions, he needs to pitch in game situations. Lou has to gird up his loins and be committed to sending Hill out there, bouncy pitches in the first inning and all, for a game. There's no way to convince anyone that pulling him in the first inning does any good other than embarrassing him. Not a good coaching technique. Those of you who favor him being yanked from the rotation -- how do you reconfigure the pitching? I'm curious.
  12. Welcome to the board. New posters of all affiliations should read the Member Guidelines in the FAQ Section (link in my sig).
  13. Mulder's line tonight for the Memphis Redbirds: 3.2 IPs, 9H, 9R/7ER, 1K/1BB, 3HR. ERA -> 17.18 It might take him a while longer to rehab.
  14. Hooray! I hate 12:05 Saturday starts when I have bleacher tix.
