    For me, it's directly proportional to how well he does. I like him more now than I did a few days ago.

    Don't let the door hit you on the way out. what does hoff's success have to do with jimmy's future? he cant cover CF. No, but the next plan if Pie isn't ready and Edmonds is cut is to play Fukudome in center and Hoffpauir in right. Hoffpauir's continued success convinces them to do that. i dont buy this. kfuk has what 1 game in CF? they're not going to do that very often. i'd love it if they did, though. unless lou or jim has said somthing recently New story up at Cubs.com has Lou saying he prefers to keep Fukudome in RF.

    Likely to retire. He flopped horribly in Iowa and Tennessee in rehab stints. He refused to be bumped down to Daytona. He had like two good starts in a row once, didn't he? That's about all I remember from Juan. Mateo also nailed Clemens after Roger hit a few Cubs in the '06 game that went 18 innings.

    Also, if you're meeting someone at the game who then wants to shuttle back with you, just ask for two shuttle passes when you park.
