Is it just me or does Houston grab, hack and hold, a lot.

Game was over within the first five minutes, Duquesne' only chance was for the Illini to come out flat. Playing their lackadaisical defense while Duquesne was executing at a near perfect rate. When the Illini came out with defensive intensity and effort even Duquesne knew they had no chance, you could see it on their faces.

Yes, horsefeathers finally! Jumped on the Dukes buried them early, didn't let up, that's what you do when your the superior team. Sweet 16 it's about time.

Think the Illini have a good chance to break the seal on getting to the second weekend. That said, I'm certain Duquesne will come out on fire hitting everything making Illini fans nervous.

Think they're gassed from the Big Ten tournament, they gave it all they had. Not to take away from JMU, they've played great, we'll see what they can do against Duke. Guess I was a bit ambitious still, 4-2 isn't too bad for the Big Ten.

Auburn and Kentucky out, couldn't happen to a better pair of guys in Pearl and Calipari. The venerable SEC is 1 and 5 thus far.

You're correct, Underwood even mentioned their limitations with his previous teams, this team has much more versatility thus allowing for more adjustments. All right Northwestern, 4-0 a possibility today.

Besides the media who gives a rat's ass about what's being said about Fields by Moore, etc. Once training camp begins and Moore, etc. see what a significant upgrade there is at QB, they'll be saying Justin who?

Believe the Big Ten will go 3-1 today, would be 4-0 if Northwestern wasn't so banged up.

Came out flat AGAIN, don't know what it about Underwood' teams that consistently under perform time after horsefeathers time. Someone besides Shannon has the get their head out of their ass and wake the horsefeathers up.

Probably will not occur however, I'd love to see Illinois and Purdue play a third time this season. Imagine that would put to bed all of the Big Ten chokes in the tournament talk for a while. Plus it'll be just plain awesome. Realistically the final four will probably look like - UConn, UNC, Purdue and Houston - maybe, Arizona comes out of the West in place of UNC, all #1 look to be really strong this year.

Me neither, I fairly certain Poles is going to trade down from 9 and take a DL but, even though the need is strong and it's right move. I'm not certain he's going to take a WR the latter pick. Wouldn't surprise me one bit if takes another SS or CB before looking at WR and C.

This is probably why the Big Ten, besides Purdue, isn't getting much love from the "experts", of course, JMU and Morehead St. are getting some. It'll be great when the Big Ten kicks the horsefeathers out of both of them. Everyone except Northwestern will survive the first game, if Northwestern wasn't so banged up they'd beat FAU as well.

I believe the Badgers will smoke JMU, they're playing really well, they'll also give Duke a good game. If you believe the CBS crew, etc. sounds like the Badgers shouldn't even bother to show up, they've got no chance.

Yes!!! The Ilini took Wisconsin' best shot, in fact Wisconsin played out their minds well, the difference is Shannon. He can take over a game, Badgers don't have any such player. Too bad for the CBS broadcasting crew they were rooting hard for Nebraska and Wisconsin.

In the same vein Guerrier is an enigma, strings together games where he flashes NBA potential, followed by a string of games where he disappears and Underwood effectively benches him. If comes to play, the Illini are very tough to beat.
