yeah we were probably going to get that anyway, but after losing to [expletive] bucknell there was no way around it. oh well, at least i have the option of going to the game and watching us lose by 30 since i'll be about 1/2 hour away.

man penn state against teams with average or bad front 7 is like night and day from very good front 7. guess that happens with a mediocre o-line. and thanks holy cross for losing to a shitty bucknell team for your only patriot league loss of the year. glad i went to that one. bucknell ran one play about 95% of the time, qb either hands off to the full back or holds onto it and runs outside. they weren't even using the pitch option on the running play and we couldn't stop them. add to that our head coach using two time outs with the clock stopped on the final drive, and coaching was just a complete failure today.

too many undisciplined penalties last night in a 6-3 loss to the sharks... 4 high sticking minors alone. emery didn't have a very good game either. giroux was our bright spot with 2 goals and an assist... he's been kind of snakebitten on goals so far this year so i'm glad to see him get a couple.

i would go forte and betts. eagles just had problems on run D and i expect the jets to be behind and throwing most of the game.
