i've thought about compiling all the stats for MLB. the pain is setting it up, acquiring all the data. where can i get this stuff?

 

it's pretty simple to write a program and generate the necessary stats/graphs for all of MLB. the base data is what i need. anyone know a good place to get this stuff w/o paying. i'll pay for it if necessary, but i'd prefer not to. :wink:
