An interesting note on ND

The last time ND won in Ann Arbor was I believe 93. Rick Minter was the DC then. Guess who Weis brought back as the DC this year?

Most underrated game of the day: Northwestern vs. NIU. I'm gonna be ther and its gonna be a heck of a game. Go Cats!

It should be a good game (and it's on ESPN Classic). Biggest game of the year for Northwestern as the team stands right now, and not just for Chicago/Illinois bragging rights and recruiting. I'm going to die in the heat and sun, but it should be worth it. It sounds like Philmore is probable, but Kim Thompson is already out with a broken finger, so the other WRs other than Herbert are going to have to step up. Not sure if any of NIU's WRs were suspended yet for the frat fight.

I am wondering when Michigan's OC is going to figure out that ND has blitzed on every third down so far.

 

Hopefully he won't.

I am pulling for the Big 10, but Michigan is starting to show how overrated they really are.

 

#3 or #4? Come on. They haven't had any semblance of a decent defense in quite a few games now.

I could never understand how they lost 3 games last year, a few of their main players, and moved up to #4 preseason.

 

However I can see it now if ND wins

"ND can't beat a real team because everyone they played was overrated"

The downside to this will be seeing Notre Dame ranked in the Top 10. Yuck.

 

And Temple reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally sucks.
