Understand Guys, I'm not Dusty's biggest fan. I just think that if someone is going to rip on him then they should prove their point with facts. Just insulting him is classless.

I locked it. The last Dusty thread that questioned posters reasons for disliking his managing style just turned into insults.

 

There are plenty of threads on Dusty that can be combed through to understand that most of us do have legitimate reasons for wishing he was coaching anywhere except with the Cubs.

 

Whether it be for consistently putting guys with below .300 OBP's at the top of the order, sitting youngsters that are performing, leaving starters in too long, bringing in Remlinger to face lefties, etc... they are good reasons that don't need to be rehashed in a whole new thread.
