you never know. Probably but I would rather you see you guys get him and forget about sc. :wink:

 

I wish he were coming too, but it doesn't look good. He seemed to be completely down to Iowa and Wisconsin, but then his family from the east coast really started messing things up. His high school coach has really been steering him towards Wisconsin from all reports, but his family wants him to go out east (Syracuse has been rumored.)

 

Dahlman is starting to look optimistic though.

 

 

You think the fact that no one likes Alford in Iowa City hurts any chances of getting anyone?

I am talking about his defense. I am not asking you to change any opinion after one game. No one said Neifi lights the world on fire offenseivly. But, look around the league. He is in the middle of the pack. No way is his defense average. Here again is Ronnie strength is defense. I agree he looks good on defense but Neifi has been a gold glover and still looks to be.

 

So you're saying offensively he's been in the middle of the pack in terms of NL shortstops?

 

Currenly, among 13 qualified SS in the NL, Neifi is 11th in OPS, 12th in OBP, and 10th in AVG.

I was really surprised to see how far down the list Izturis had dropped... :shock:

I most certainly will be (Thank goodness for afternoon naps)

 

I'm gonna do my best, but I have to work at 7:30 AM... ahhh, stupid summer jobs.

 

No kidding, i gotta be at work at eight.

 

Heh. I gotta work at 6 in the morning. :lol:

 

I had to be at work at six on monday. that was torture. I pity those who have to do that every day.

lol. Well, I do that every day. I work out at the farm, so that's why.
