I'll be curious if Wicks actually goes today.  Feels like he probably needs to be on call for tomorrow.  You're definitely using both of Velasquez/Wilson the next two days, but it doesn't take a crazy confluence of events to need a 3rd long reliever this series.

The MiLB app has Kipp starting for both Iowa and Tenn.  Given both games will be going concurrently feels like that would be a severe strain on both his arm and legs

Based on the Cubs injury situation, they may need him to be the entire pitching staff for a full series at one point. If you can start in two places at once you can probably handle 9 innings three days in a row.

FWIW looking at Savant statcast did a dogcrap job identifying Kipp's pitches, and that's understating his velo.  Looks like he was 93-96 on the FB, 90-93 on the sinker, 88-91 on the cutter
