Rolen says he will play in the All-star game

Rumors floating around that Rolen might step aside for a more deserving player because of his mediocre (at best) first half evidently are not true.

Well if the fans wanna see him, he should play. Truthfully he should give up his starting spot to A-Ram if he leads the voting..

i couldnt care less. I never can force myself to watch the whole all-star game anyway.

Why would anyone expect he'd decline his all star bid? He even commented on it with great humility stating there are plenty of other 3rd basemen doing better than he is.
