And I rule with an iron fist! What kind of food are you looking for? There are some decent brew pub type places. There are several places that people somehow go crazy for that actually have terrible food. There's a big ass mall if you want some chain type horsefeathers. Downtown is a decent scene.

Smokey D's is my favorite BBQ joint in the area. You will see many signs for Jethro's and their many locations. I would only do that if you want more than 1 BBQ meal. Jethro's actually has a surprisingly good gumbo for being an Iowa thing.

I have never been, but I have heard great things about Tacos La Familia. I tend to steer away from Mexican food, and that is one of the many ways I disappoint my wife.

Eat Thai or Thai Flavors are good options. Nut Pob is good but kind of off the beaten path a bit.

Gyms are not in my wheelhouse.

lmaoooo i remember this. it was the dayton swim club in dayton ohio and it was rocket who detailed that story for us i believe. come back rocket!
