Considering this is his 4th oblique injury in 2.5 seasons in Chicago, you have to start to wonder about Seiya’s long term future as the Cubs starting RF. Obviously they can’t/wont get rid of him but it’s starting to get to the point where I’m not sure if you can count on him to be healthy.

Put him on the shelf until he's completely healthy, no sense in playing onesy-twosey with IL stints.  Call up Davis and go with it or, if we haven't got enough guys who have trouble making consistent contact let's add another K machine with Canario.
