think about it this way, after running through 3 decades of being abused by Green Bay, do the McCaskeys really want to subject their fans to the inevitable "at least Lambeau isnt an industrial wasteland" jokes? dont answer that, of course they are oblivious

 

but back to your question, actually its not just the cost of it, remedial measures for cleaning a site like that takes time. So not only have they wasted time bouncing from the waterfront to AH to Indiana, the construction of the stadium and (presumably) sports venue will take more time than a site like AH
