Pre-Manfred Man it would have to be something where a pitcher comes into the game with a bases loaded, 0 out situation, gets a triple play (or a double play and a caught stealing/pickoff) and then retires the side the next inning.  Seems pretty unlikely its happened before but not impossible.

My guess would be that it has but there's no way a guy has made his MLB debut by doing it before.

I was watching the postgame when this happened and Marquee just cut to commercial and didn't make the studio crew say anything about it.  I was dying laughing.
