Maybe he could have pitched more, but they wanted to shut him down so he can be fully rested and be able to work seriously hard in pitch lab on developmental stuff in the fall?

He was part of Tenn's COVID outbreak. I assume Strumpf was as well but I don't think I've seen it confirmed.

Looks like Brennen might be running out of gas here at the end which is understandable. There's a whole lot of strikeouts without much production lately.
