We have hit a lot of teams in the midst of their hot streaks this year. Not sure if it was us (most likely) but there have been a fair number of those things happening.

 

The Rockies garbage rookie for example shut us down twice as I mentioned yesterday. He has been terrible pretty much every other appearance.

 

This team is either going to figure it out or not. At this point we know pretty much what they are. A team that plays well at home for short stretches and sucks on the road.

 

When this series started, I saw the three lefties in a row. The Nats are slugging 50 points higher vs lefties.

 

Add not hitting to that and you get what you have seen.

 

Broken Hamels going tomorrow could get ugly fast at Wrigley.
