This may be a dumb question but I haven’t really watched a Bulls game in a long time. Can Lavine play SG? In other words, could he fit next to Ja Morant on the floor at the same time?

Wait what? Can LaVine play SG? Do you mean PG?

I'm very confused by your statement. Ja Morant is a very talented PG who could play next to LaVine. They both will need the ball in their hands and will lead the offense at times.

I think the Bulls backcourt would be outstanding with those two guards.

I thought Lavine was a PG. Guess I’m wrong. Like I said. I haven’t watched the Bulls in a long time. That would change if they get Zion or Morant.

Am I the only one with the stomach to watch the Nurkic injury? I'll warn that the injury is about as bad of a leg injury I've ever seen. Only the blood involved in that March Madness leg break a few years ago compares. But then, as he's lying screaming on the ground, like something out of a Loaded Gun script, the ref tries to step over him and trips on Nurkic's ankle, which is held to his leg only by skin and tendons. He seems completely oblivious to what happened despite the fact his leg breaking was audible to the entire stadium.

I mean I saw it and it was hard to watch. I didn't get a great look at the injury, but I really didn't desire to see it in all its goriness. Really sucks.

I like Portland and Damian Lillard. He called him his "big little brother" and mentioned how close they are. Hopefully, Nurkic makes a full recovery just like Paul George did from his brutal leg injury. They won't go far in the playoffs again, but I really hope they don't breakup this core unless they want to swing for the fences and try to trade for AD this offseason.

The Boylen timeline is absurd

- Fire Hoiberg with 1.5 years left

- move Boylen to head coach, no interim tag, no search will be done in the offseason, all said on day 1

- Boylen has the first week or so that he had

- Re-work his contract to give him a raise for this year and next

- rest of the season plays out, basically plays at same pace as prior head coach

- day 1 of offseason - 3 year extension
