Weis21 is the man and accurately predicted multiple comebacks earlier this season. But I also agree with you and will be happy about the GIFs coming to an end, although it would have technically been great to have it go through late October.

would think we will have 50% cubs fans in the park so that cant hurt...although we had 99% cubs fans in our own park and got swept so really anything is in play...at least we avoid lester throwing

while i'm not one to turn down a compliment i pretty much predict all comebacks/hits/HRs all the time so it's not really a skill of mine. it just means i always try to be optimistic. until the cubs go down 0-7 to the rays and then i turn on the history channel or some horsefeathers because what's the use and i check the score on my phone every so often along with NSB

We don't really need to take 3 of 4. We split and we are 2.5 up with 7 to play (3 up in loss column). At that point we can go 3-4 and the Brewers would have to go 5-1 to tie us.

a split is fine, but the brewers taking 3 of 4 is trouble. the cards will still be fighting against us but they'll probably have nothing to play for in that final series against milwaukee. looking at the 95%+ odds is fun and all, but if they take 3 of 4 at home it's basically a tossup with a week to go.

This is true, but the predictions were pretty accurate in how the comebacks would happen, too. It was enough to get the scrubs like me on here to notice.
