Man, it sucks when the point of the season has come when the focus has to be on good luck and bad luck.

 

the way that 1st inning went, i'd be saying it even if we were 10 games up and 25 games over

 

Yeah, I understand. It's just I have been reading a crap ton about our bad luck for a while in the game thread now.......and it's just one of those things that reads like a lame excuse for this season.

Will be interesting to see what the vaunted Brewers do at the deadline. They are certainly not going to be sellers like some suggested here last month. Like us, they could use a top of the rotation guy who is controlled for multiple years. They have a better farm system than most teams and payroll available to be contenders for whichever top guy is on the trade market.
