The Panthers continue their run of being the most low-key idiotic franchise in football by firing their GM, Dave Gettleman, a week before training camp. Gettleman's resume: 4 seasons, 3 division titles, a 15-1 season and Super Bowl appearance. All this apparently because Jerry Richardson's geriatric ass doesn't like that they let Josh Norman walk over a year ago.
