i am trying to find monthly stats career wise, but i don't see it on baseball reference...

 

and everytime i try to get it on espn.com my comp freezes. and i didn't see the stats on mlb.com either.

 

any suggestions?

I started posting here because a lot of my Sox-fan friends post there. They seem pretty itelligent, although also bitter. They call the Tribune the Cubune.

 

My friend the Sox fan posts there. It's a very bitter place that puts hatred for the Cubs waaaay ahead of their own team. In fact, I tried to post there saying I was a Cubs fan who agreed that the Sox got shafted by the All-Star selections, and they changed my login name to something derogatory and deleted my post.

 

Pathetic, really.

I've lurked on that forum numerous times. While some people need to get their heads examined for the sheer level of hatred they have for the Cubs (we're talking psychosis-level stuff), there are a good number of knowledgeable posters who seem like cool guys. It's entertaining and a good way to waste time. Plus, I can gain more ammo for when I get into arguments with my Sox fan friends ;) It's hilarious watching the expressions on their faces when I bring up how bad the White Sox farm system is and talk about guys like Honel and Sweeney. A Cubs fan who knows even more about the White Sox than they do causes them to run the gamut of emotions and question the nature of reality itself :lol:

I'm sure a lot of people know what they're talking about over there, it just seems that it's a very "dark" place, for lack of a better term, and granted, I'm still a relative newbie here at NSBB, but there seems to be nothing but love and emotion for the Cubs over here.

I think depression is a pre-requisite to being a White Sox fan :lol:

 

Although, they do have some guys who seem like they might jump off the ledge on nights when the White Sox, Cardinals, and Astros lose and the Cubs and Twins win. Those guys make the fatalists here look well-adjusted ;)

The only KC Royals site that I can think off top of my head is the ESPN ones. However, http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/forumdisplay.php?f=1 they do have several hardcore Royals fans and they do have their Royals "Game Day" Threads there as well.
