I'm going to this game, against my better judgement. My friends who are also Bears fans, in Indy, got tickets.

Yikes.

I'm good on calling this one a bust for the foreseeable future (not that I blame him for getting hurt - but it's obviously a huge setback for his development). Hope Floyd works out much better.

Yep. Another worthless first round pick.

I thought he actually looked like he knew what the hell he was doing the past 2 games, but obviously a huge setback. Will be 25 before he sees the field again, with 4 games under his belt and coming off two serious injuries to the same leg.

I've been a fan of the Bears on a serious basis for about 13 years, and there have been just a long line of busts, disappointments, flashes of brilliance, squandered talent.

The Kevin White thing doesn't even bother me that much, it just further cements my slow disinterest in the Bears and the sport itself.

you had maybe the greatest 10 year stretch of anybody of working age at the beginning there

2005-2006 was a lot of fun, everything past that was pretty blah

2010-2013 or so was just a series of kicks in the nuts, except for that playoff win against a 7-9 Seattle team

For those keeping score, Bears will now officially have a starter missing at:

QB, RB, WR, NT, OLB, ILB (though sounds like Trevathan may be back), and CB maybe *2.

I'm not sure this staff would consider Fuller a starter even if healthy.

I literally just learned Joe Buck went to IU and is married to Michelle Beisner of ESPN when I wiki'd it to make sure it was true.

Snap to the face, bounces right into his hands and they run a perfectly normal play. Luckily a terrible throw, but only my teams.
