The Cubs celebrated a division title on Friday and were obviously hung over the entire weekend. But that's cool, I'm sure those Brewer players are thrilled to have a story to tell their grandchildren about the time they smashed the mighty Cubs mercilessly. Kids love fairy tales.

 

As the Cubs have done all year when in need of a victory, they turn to their stopper.

Hammel has a 6.75 ERA in his last 3 starts, but his last one was sort of decent 4th starterish with 5.2 IP of 3 run ball. He will get 3 more starts in before he gets to enjoy the month of October from the dugout bench. That's ok, he totally didn't want to pitch in the postseason anyways.
