You aren't supposed to overturn that based on every replay the Cubs have been screwed on this year.

I never actually saw a view with Romo on the base before Baez with the dust, although it was pretty easy to infer when you compared camera angles

 

The play at home Baez was halfway to the dugout when the tag was applied and it was in full view even in real time

Javy's hand being well on the plate being obscured by the catcher isn't much different that the dirt obscuring who got to 1st first right there.

The point is that Baez was one jillion percent safe at home, any implication that it was anything less than a gross miscarriage of justice will be contested
