I was just looking up TLS's splits....thought this was weird. In 2014 he had a .818 OPS (69 PA) against lefties and a .603 OPS (291 PA) against righties.

But despite this, Maddon has only given him 14 PA against lefties in his Cubs career vs. 142 against righties.

Okay is anyone else getting this Travel Wisconsin ad? Who the hell does this [expletive] appeal to? Seems like the worst restaurant experience I can imagine.

I've seen that so many times now. It seems awful.

What the hell is so great about a waitress named Diane?

The place also undoubtedly smells like horsefeathers.

Probably sample size, he had normal splits in a lot more at bats in the minors.

This might be the worst jinx ever by me but as we speak, every one of the Cubs 5 starters has an ERA of 2.88 or lower.

Also, this is why we are going to have such a ridiculous record. Even the games where the offense can't scrape anything together, we are still probably going to win because our starters throw shutouts every time they take the mound.

This is some 2015 Cardinals staff level pitching, except with better peripherals
